LGC Group is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse business areas, partnering with hiring managers, shaping sourcing strategies and advising on hiring decisions.

This is a hands-on role with autonomy and collaboration across global teams. You'll use SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter and Textio to attract top talent, assess fit and keep stakeholders

Formación

• Experience in life sciences, R&D or technical recruitment.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and advising on strategy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across vacancies and teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and candidate assessment skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the confidence to work independently.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across dedicated business areas, from briefing to offer, partnering with hiring teams to define requirements and approach.
• Source and attract talent through LinkedIn, direct search, job boards, networking and talent pools, including passive candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess fit and motivations, presenting opportunities at LGC.
• Manage interview processes and candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring teams, HR and stakeholders, offering market insight to guide decisions.
• Maintain recruitment records in SmartRecruiters and use feedback to improve the process.
• Support employer branding through engaging adverts and platforms like Textio and LinkedIn, reaching target audiences.
• Contribute to TA projects, systems and process improvements, sharing knowledge with colleagues.
