Job summary

Arrows Group is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Internal Recruitment) to own end-to-end hiring across the business, from brief with hiring managers through to offer and onboarding, not just posting roles.

This in-house role in London (Shoreditch HQ) is hybrid, reporting to leadership on headcount strategy, building our employer brand, and leading searches for recruiters as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruitment experience, with a track record in an internal or in-house talent role.
• Proven experience hiring recruiters, either in an in-house talent function or from a rec2rec background.
• Experience hiring for other internal roles across a business, not just one function.
• Comfortable operating close to leadership and owning hiring decisions end to end, not just administering a process.
• A track record of building genuine employer brand and candidate experience, not just filling requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own internal hiring across the business end to end, from the brief with hiring managers through to offer and onboarding, not just posting roles and managing the ATS.
• Hire for every part of Arrows, from recruiters on our client desks to the internal roles that support them.
• Partner directly with leadership on headcount planning and hiring strategy as we scale.
• Lead the search for experienced recruiters to join our desks, drawing on your own network from in-house recruitment or a rec2rec background.
• Shape how we attract talent: employer brand, careers content, and the story we tell candidates about what it's actually like to work here.
• Own and improve the onboarding experience, making sure new joiners land well and stick around.
• Report on hiring pipeline and progress to leadership, using data to spot where the process needs to flex as we grow.
