Principal Recruitment Consultant – Talent Solutions

£45,000 – £60,000 basic salary plus commission (negotiable for the right experience)

Our Talent Solutions business goes beyond traditional recruitment. We partner with clients on everything from permanent hiring and contract resourcing to fixed-price technology work packages, managed services and strategic resource planning, giving them flexible, scalable ways to build teams and deliver technology projects.

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who can win and grow enterprise accounts across both permanent and contract, enjoys shaping solutions rather than just filling roles, and wants to build a high-value desk in a high-trust, performance-driven environment.

The Role

As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant in Talent Solutions, you’ll run a 360 desk across permanent and contract. You’ll focus on winning and managing enterprise clients, and you’ll lead solutions-based engagements across the wider group.

• Win new enterprise clients through targeted, strategic business development
• Drive volume selling across key accounts, building repeatable permanent and contract hiring pipelines
• Manage and grow key accounts as their trusted talent and resourcing partner
• Advise clients on the right hiring mix, whether that’s permanent hires, contractors or a blended model
• Design and present talent solutions including SOW (Statement of Work) and consultancy-led delivery
• Scope and position fixed-price technology work packages alongside permanent and contract supply
• Support clients with strategic resource planning and the deployment of contractor and consultancy teams
• Negotiate favourable commercial terms, including permanent fees, contract rates and margins
• Cross-sell services across the wider Arrows Group brands
• Source and engage high-calibre permanent and contract talent across our core technology areas
• Build a strong personal brand as a go-to expert in tech talent solutions

Experience

• 4+ years in 360 recruitment, with experience across both permanent and contract
• Strong contract recruitment background, ideally with exposure to solutions-based delivery
• Proven record of winning and growing enterprise or large-scale clients
• Experience managing key accounts and selling volume hiring solutions
• Working knowledge of MSP, RPO, SOW and managed service or consultancy delivery models
• Commercial confidence negotiating fees, rates, margins and terms of business
• Evidence of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Experience in one or more of our core technology areas: Software Engineering, Data, AI & Machine Learning, Product/Program Management and or Change Management
