XYZ Reality Ltd. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead global recruitment across HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial, and leadership roles.

Based in London with hybrid flexibility, you’ll partner with senior leaders, proactively source top talent, and guide hiring managers on market practice and compelling offers. You’ll work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology, driving high-impact hiring and shaping teams as we scale from Series B.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' recruitment experience across HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Commercial.
• Experience hiring senior and leadership roles.
• Experience recruiting internationally across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for business roles globally (brief → offer → close), up to leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring plans and role profiles.
• Lead direct sourcing and headhunt passive talent through networks and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Run discreet searches for senior and leadership hires and manage multi-country hiring.
• Lead offer negotiation and closing with competitive packages and candidate experience.

HELP BUILD THE TEAMS SCALING CUTTING-EDGE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

At XYZ Reality we've created the world's first engineering-grade Augmented Reality solution for construction. Our product, The Atom, is used on major projects worldwide to help construction teams build more accurately, efficiently and with fewer mistakes.

As a Series B business scaling across the UK, US and Europe, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the business teams behind our next stage of growth, from HR, Finance and Legal to Marketing, Commercial and leadership roles.

THE ROLE

You'll own hiring across a broad range of business functions globally, partnering with leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Commercial, and supporting leadership hires as we grow. You'll work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology as part of a small, high-impact TA team, reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition.

This isn't a role focused on processing applications. You'll proactively find and engage the strongest people in the market, many of whom aren't actively looking, and advise hiring managers on what great looks like, where to find it and how to secure it.

No two weeks will look the same. One week you might be mapping the market for a senior Finance hire, the next closing a Marketing role in Europe or helping a leader shape a brand-new team.

The role is based in our London office, a 5-minute walk from Angel station, on a hybrid basis.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own end-to-end hiring for business roles globally (brief → offer → close), up to and including leadership positions
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring plans, shape role profiles and challenge requirements where needed
• Lead with direct sourcing, headhunting passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals and creative approaches
• Run discreet, high-touch searches for senior and leadership hires
• Manage hiring across multiple countries, navigating local markets, compensation and employment considerations
• Lead offer negotiation and closing, advising on competitive packages
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured, inclusive assessment
• Deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Use data to improve hiring performance and processes, and reduce reliance on agencies
• Provide market insight on salaries, talent trends and hiring strategy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years' recruitment experience hiring across a broad range of business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Commercial
• Experience hiring senior and leadership roles
• A strong direct sourcing track record. You go out and find great people rather than waiting for them to apply
• Experience recruiting internationally across multiple countries
• Strong stakeholder skills. You can challenge, influence and partner effectively with senior leaders
• Comfortable managing a varied requisition load in a fast-paced, evolving environment, building process as you go
• Familiarity with tools like Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter

Startup or scale-up experience, ideally at Series B or a similar stage, would be particularly valuable, as would in-house experience within a technology business or exposure to construction or construction technology.

Above all, we're looking for a recruiter who is proactive, commercially curious and energised by variety. Someone who enjoys partnering with leaders across the business and wants a genuine say in how we build our teams.
