Quilter is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Data and Change. You will lead complex searches, craft targeted sourcing strategies, and build talent communities while providing an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will leverage an AI-first approach, stay ahead of market trends, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape talent strategy and rewards positioning.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience recruiting across Technology in a complex organisation.
• Strong track record delivering end-to-end recruitment for specialist, technical and business-critical roles.
• Knowledge of technology talent markets; confident engaging passive talent.
• Experience recruiting across Technology and Data including engineering, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, cyber, data and technology change.
• AI-first mindset with practical use of Copilot, Gemini, Claude or similar tools to improve TA workflows.
• Enjoys search and headhunting and engaging high-quality passive talent.
• Commercially curious about markets, competitors, skills trends and talent movement.
• Able to translate market data into clear recommendations and practical actions.
• Builds credibility with senior leaders through expertise and delivery.
• Provides constructive challenge when market evidence suggests a different approach.
• Thinks beyond today’s vacancy to build talent pipelines for future demand.
• Balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Passionate about innovation in attracting, engaging and hiring talent.

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Data and Change.
• Own vacancies across hiring communities and ensure excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Lead complex searches with targeted sourcing and proactive headhunting to identify exceptional talent.
• Build market intelligence on competitor activity, talent movement and emerging skills.
• Turn intelligence into actionable recommendations on skills, location and reward positioning.
• Develop talent communities and pipelines for future demand.
• Act as trusted talent adviser combining delivery with external perspective and commercial judgement.
• Use AI/automation to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Create targeted attraction strategies and strong candidate experiences.
