QTS Data Centers, a global leader in digital infrastructure, seeks a Senior Partner, Talent Acquisition to advise business leaders, shape hiring strategies, and deliver top talent for growth. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle, leverage market intelligence, and build pipelines to support rapid expansion internationally.

The role requires extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and project management, with a focus on data-driven decisions and exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or equivalent professional experience.
• Four or more years of direct recruiting experience with at least two years in a corporate setting.
• Two or more years of project or program management experience.
• Four or more years’ experience working with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS Systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruiting recommendations.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across assigned business units.
• Drive a consistent, high-quality interview and selection process aligned with QTS hiring standards.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable hiring decisions.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to identify opportunities and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Promote and enhance the QTS employer brand through candidate engagement and talent community development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting governance practices.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop strategic workforce and hiring plans.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, offer development, and onboarding coordination.
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 15% or less.
