You will lead end-to-end recruitment across Technology & Data, build talent pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy in a dynamic, customer-focused business. This hybrid role requires hands-on delivery and strategic thinking to attract brilliant people for Quilter's future.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across Technology and Data markets.
• AI-first mindset with practical use of Copilot/Gemini/Claude to improve TA workflows.
• Enjoys search and headhunting; engages high-quality passive talent.
• Commercially curious with interest in markets, competitors and skills trends.
• Ability to turn market intelligence into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Data and Change with excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Lead complex searches using targeted sourcing and proactive headhunting.
• Build market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and external trends.
• Turn insights into action; advise hiring leaders on skills, location and sourcing.
• Develop talent communities and pipelines to reduce reactive recruiting.
• Act as a trusted adviser with commercial judgement and delivery accountability.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Create targeted attraction strategies and standout candidate experiences.
