Job summary

Quilter plc is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in London to address complex, targeted talent challenges and build strategic hiring pipelines. You will combine talent intelligence, market insight and proactive recruitment delivery to support Quilter's corporate functions.

You will lead sourcing plans, engage stakeholders, and design scalable hiring solutions, leveraging AI‑enabled workflows and emerging recruitment technologies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, search, talent intelligence or strategic recruitment within complex, fast-paced organisations.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership, up to Exco level.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and market maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing plans and stakeholder engagement for Quilter.
• Develop scalable hiring solutions across the organisation and shape talent strategies.
• Embed AI-enabled recruitment workflows to improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
