Quilter is seeking aSenior Talent Acquisition Partner to tackle complex, business-critical recruitment challenges across corporate functions in London. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, shaping talent strategies and building pipelines for future growth.

You will lead targeted talent initiatives, engage senior stakeholders, and leverage market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes, while embracing AI-enabled workflows and innovative recruitment technology.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, search, talent intelligence or strategic recruitment within complex, fast-paced organisations.

Responsabilités

• Build sourcing plans, lead stakeholder engagement, and create scalable hiring solutions across Quilter.
• Shape and deliver targeted talent strategies to support Quilter's long-term growth.
• Lead proactive talent intelligence activities, including market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with TA Operations to align talent delivery with business needs.
