Matillion in Manchester is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own R&D hiring (Engineering and Product) across the UK and India. You’ll shape briefs, set timelines, and bring market insight to hiring managers, moving beyond job boards to target top engineers and product talent.

You’ll coach managers on assessment, champion diversity and inclusion, and use AI tools for sourcing, intake, and reporting to raise hiring quality and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Significant talent acquisition experience, ideally in a B2B technology business.
• Experience recruiting in the UK and India.
• Uses market insights/data to drive efficient hiring processes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, up to VP level.
• Strong commercial awareness and ownership.
• Resilient, quality-obsessed, adaptable to pace and ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Own engineering and product requisitions across the UK and India, ensuring high sourcing quality and assessment rigour.
• Headhunt high-calibre talent beyond job boards through direct outreach, communities, and networks.
• Challenge hiring manager perspectives with market data to hire best talent at the right time.
• Coach managers on rigorous, inclusive assessment practices.
• Build and use AI in sourcing, intake, and reporting to improve hiring quality.
• Contribute to TA strategy with projects in employer branding, DEI, and process improvement.
