Ankar in London is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition lead to design and scale hiring across engineering, product and GTM. You will own multi-channel sourcing, candidate journeys and cultural-fit assessments, working closely with growth teams to hire for high-ambition roles.

You will join a mission-driven, fast-moving startup that blends rigorous first-principles thinking with hands-on execution, with 3 days per week in our Shoreditch office.

Formación

• 5+ years of building hiring systems in high-growth environments.
• Ability to hire for technical, commercial, or specialized roles where you had to learn the domain from scratch.
• Track record of hiring in ambiguous, zero-to-one contexts (early-stage startups, new market expansions, or building new functions within larger companies).

Responsabilidades

• Build target candidate lists for immediate and strategic hires: identify top tier candidates for critical talent pools.
• Test and iterate on sourcing approaches using traditional channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools) and non-traditional tactics (events, communities).
• Conduct ongoing outreach to passive candidates and build talent communities for hard-to-fill roles.
• Move strategic candidates through the pipeline: awareness → interest → readiness for immediate engagement.
• Own the complete candidate journey for active searches: multi-channel sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, closing.
• Design assessment frameworks to predict cultural fit and align with first-principles culture.
• Create candidate experiences that reflect a contrarian, high-ownership culture.
• Embed with teams to understand nuanced requirements beyond job descriptions.
