Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join Gousto's lean and high-performing team. You’ll have a proven track record of scaled Technology and Software Engineering recruitment, whilst being open to supporting all roles types as needed. You’ll likely have had a successful career recruitment agency side before moving in house.

As a senior individual contributor, you’ll drive recruitment excellence, embodying our Ownership Principles. You'll be passionate about recruitment delivery, managing seamless end-to-end recruitment experiences with autonomy. Driving strategic recruitment impact, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, you’ll use your expertise to identify, source and engage talent through diverse channels aligning to our evolving business needs. As a trusted partner to hiring managers you’ll bring data-driven insights and market research to influence decisions and elevate our talent acquisition approach.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring teams and People team members to establish effective recruiting strategies for roles
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a diverse and balanced candidate mix while maintaining a high bar for talent
  • Develop consistent and engaging job adverts from job descriptions to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Represent Gousto externally and internally, embodying its Ownership Principles and culture
  • Implement and refine processes to keep Talent Acquisition (TA) best-in-class, continuously improving approaches
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience with consistent, timely, and engaging communication
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other search functionality, to identify top talent for complex roles
  • Apply data-driven insights across the recruiting lifecycle, including Talent Insights, ATS performance metrics, and analytics
  • Develop employer branding initiatives, attend networking events, and build external partnerships
  • Contribute to sprint-based TA continuous improvement projects
Who You Are:
  • An experienced sourcer, recruiting for roles up to senior individual contributor and mid-senior management levels
  • A proven trusted advisor to hiring managers, using data to influence hiring decisions
  • Able to proactively identify and mitigate roadblocks in the hiring process
  • Delivery focused, tracking key recruitment metrics, suggesting solutions to address performance issues
  • Experienced at process improvement within the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring best-in-class hiring approaches
  • Collaborative, working in partnership across the people team, supporting project initiatives where required
  • A commercial thinker capable of quickly understanding Gousto’s business model and strategic objectives to enhance recruitment effectiveness
