An established industry player is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance its recruitment strategy. This role involves driving recruitment excellence and managing the full recruitment lifecycle while focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join Gousto's lean and high-performing team. You’ll have a proven track record of scaled Technology and Software Engineering recruitment, whilst being open to supporting all roles types as needed. You’ll likely have had a successful career recruitment agency side before moving in house.
As a senior individual contributor, you’ll drive recruitment excellence, embodying our Ownership Principles. You'll be passionate about recruitment delivery, managing seamless end-to-end recruitment experiences with autonomy. Driving strategic recruitment impact, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, you’ll use your expertise to identify, source and engage talent through diverse channels aligning to our evolving business needs. As a trusted partner to hiring managers you’ll bring data-driven insights and market research to influence decisions and elevate our talent acquisition approach.
