Qualifications

• Leadership experience across multiple engineering teams.
• Experience with V-Model and Agile programs.
• Ability to manage roadmaps, schedules and cost estimates.
• Secure Satellite Communications domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two teams of engineers.
• Represent teams in MFT meetings.
• Drive development of SDR and Maritime Terminal products.
• Manage recruiting plans, HR processes and project cost controls.
• Ensure competences, tools and processes meet market and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Project teams to meet roadmaps and delivery commitments.
