Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of engineers in an R&D environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and V-Model workflows.
• Strong domain knowledge in SATCOM or ground segment design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two teams of Engineers (Maritime terminals and SDR).
• Drive development and sustainment of SDR and Terminal products for current and future projects.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment planning, goals, and performance reviews.
• Ensure competences, tools and processes meet market and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Project Team to align roadmaps, schedules, costs and risks.
