AIRBUS Defence and Space Limited in the UK is seeking a senior leader to guide two R&D engineer teams (Maritime terminals and SDR) in a dynamic, Agile environment, delivering complex, highly classified products for space, land and maritime defence.

You will champion your teams, drive roadmaps, refine schedules, and manage cost and risk with a strong customer delivery focus, while fostering talent development and ensuring project integrity.

Formación

• Experience leading large R&D teams in complex programs.
• Strong customer delivery focus and integrity.
• Comfortable in an ever-changing R&D environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop 2 teams of engineers.
• Drive SDR and Maritime Terminal product development.
• Coordinate roadmaps, schedules, cost/risk estimates.
• Engage in HR processes for team development and recruit planning.
• Ensure competences, tools and processes meet market and customer needs.
