Leonardo Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Chief Systems Engineer in Southampton on a hybrid basis. You will lead systems engineering governance, guide large teams, and set the technical vision across Airborne Comms and Naval ICS programmes.

You will drive architecture definition, modelling, and verification strategies while promoting an agile, learning culture and high-performance collaboration across the UK engineering community.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying governance on LCM processes.
• Experience delivering artefacts in integrated project teams.
• Proven ability to elicit stakeholder expectations and define architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as governance focal point for Systems Engineering across programmes.
• Guide teams to reuse artefacts and maintain consistency across lifecycle stages.
• Lead modeling, simulation and architecture activities to inform design options.
