Job summary

BMR Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer – NPI for a Bristol-based, global engineering business. You will translate requirements into robust system solutions and drive verification, validation and compliance across semiconductor equipment development.

You will apply MBSE, use cases, context diagrams and architectures, while leading IV&V activities to ensure timescales, quality and cost targets are met. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, Verification and Validation.
• Experience applying Systems Engineering in a complex product development environment.
• Knowledge of INCOSE standards and ISO 15288 desirable.
• Experience in regulated engineering environments advantageous.
• Knowledge of safety, risk assessment and engineering standards (SEMI S2/S10, PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA).
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply Systems Engineering tools and methodologies across the product lifecycle.
• Translate product vision and customer needs into clear system requirements.
• Develop Use Cases, Context Diagrams and system architectures.
• Apply MBSE techniques to develop functional and behavioural architectures.
• Lead IV&V activities across NPI projects and create robust IV&V plans.
• Produce verification and test documentation with traceability and records.
