Job summary

BMR Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electronics Production Engineer to join a specialist electronics manufacturer. The role sits between production and R&D, delivering day-to-day engineering support and helping introduce new products and processes into production.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, close to manufacturing, and capable of solving production issues, improving test methods and driving continuous improvement across the line.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot PCB, electronic and mechanical assembly issues.
• Knowledge of SMT and through-hole processes, PCB build/test.
• Ability to diagnose production test failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with BOMs, schematics and production test methods.
• Ability to work closely with production teams to improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to electronics production.
• Troubleshoot PCB, electronic and mechanical assembly issues.
• Support both through-hole and SMT manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose production test failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work from schematics, assembly drawings and BOMs to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and production/test documentation.
