Job summary

BMR Solutions is recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer - NPI in Bristol. Hybrid working and a permanent role. You will support semiconductor manufacturing equipment from requirements through to integration, verification and validation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Systems Engineering, 3+ years in the field, and experience with MBSE, IV&V and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IV&V, or related field.
• Knowledge of INCOSE principles and ISO 15288 is desirable.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven engineering environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Apply Systems Engineering tools and MBSE techniques across the product lifecycle.
• Translate product vision and customer needs into clear system requirements.
• Lead IV&V activities across NPI projects and develop verification plans.
• Create and maintain verification and test documentation with traceability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
