Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a System Administrator 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will work on the Programming, Commissioning and Deployment team to configure physical security systems and provide occasional Tier 1 helpdesk support.

Qualifications include 2+ years with a bachelor's or higher, or equivalent experience; AD, patching, and networking fundamentals are important. The role involves travel to client sites and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires system administrator experience including triage and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of Windows patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Basic understanding of Windows Active Directory and large-scale networking.
• Ability to work at customer sites with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot CCTV and access control systems.
• Manage and execute allocated PCD jobs with updates to leadership.
• Undertake AI and other initiatives to evolve the team and program.
• Support daily operations by monitoring system logs.
• Contribute to technical documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in inter-regional knowledge sharing visits.
