Job summary

M.C. Dean in the United Kingdom is seeking a System Administrator 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will configure and maintain Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM, and other electronic security systems for client sites, and provide Tier 1 support on-site when needed.

You will collaborate with regional and international teams to deliver secure, reliable systems. The ideal candidate brings system administration experience, understands Windows patching and vulnerability

Qualifications

• Experience triaging and resolving system problems on Windows environments.
• Understanding Windows patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory hierarchy and implementation.
• Experience with large-scale networking, VLANs and routing.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM, and other security systems.
• Manage and execute PCD jobs with regular updates to leadership.
• Provide Tier 1 support for the mentioned systems on-site as needed.
• Stay current with tech developments and propose new solutions.
• Contribute to SOPs and build documentation for technical audiences.
• Collaborate with regional and international teams for knowledge sharing.
