Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator for their Security and Electronic Systems Business Unit in London. You will be configuring and maintaining electronic security systems, providing Tier 1 help desk support, and participating in various projects to enhance team performance.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree or equivalent experience, strong skills in system administration, and familiarity with large-scale networking.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in system administration or 6+ years with HS Diploma.
• Experience performing triage on system problems and implementing new workstations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV and Physical Access Control systems.
• Manage and execute PCD jobs, updating team leadership.
• Support daily operations and monitor system logs.

Skills

System administration experience

Windows patching and vulnerability remediation

Basic networking knowledge

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)

Education

BS degree or HS Diploma/Equivalent

Minimum IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)
