Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Project Manager (Deputy Project Leader) to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit.

The role focuses on administrating large electronic security installation projects at data centers, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining schedules and budgets. The position requires five+ years in construction, CPM scheduling, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• . BS in Engineering (EE or related) with 5+ years of experience.
• . Related Construction experience with five years' experience.
• . Experience with CPM Scheduling and Primavera P6.
• . Proficiency with reading contract drawings, subcontracts, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• . Travel to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall administration, organization, and implementation of large data center electronic security installation projects.
• Coordinate with general contractor and other trades to ensure project milestones.
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs; manage project kick-off meetings.
• Prepare price proposals, change orders, and monthly budget/schedule reports.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and project quality is maintained.
