M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks an Assistant Programme Manager (Deputy Project Leader) for the Security & Electronic Systems unit.

You will support the Programme Manager across workstreams, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality, coordinating with engineering, procurement and site teams. This developmental role bridges technical delivery and leadership, with growth toward a full Programme Manager. Travel to EMEA locations is required, and you will help with risk, reporting, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years in technical programmes.
• Experience coordinating security or critical facilities projects is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with project reporting and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Programme Manager in daily programme delivery and client management.
• Own assigned workstreams, track changes, and manage variations.
• Coordinate customer requests and site issues through intake processes.
• Maintain risk registers and schedule; escalate delivery issues.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly status and financial reports.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and cost proposals.
