Central East Integrated Care Board is seeking a Senior Manager for the System Coordination Centre (SCC). The role focuses on turning a complex operational picture into coordinated actions to support safe patient care across Trusts in the Central East area.

You will interpret information, manage today’s pressures and anticipate tomorrow’s challenges using data, forecasting and collaboration with partners. The role is home-based with occasional travel to NHS sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong operational judgement with excellent relationship skills.
• Ability to interpret data on capacity and patient flow and influence actions.
• Experience in coordinating multiple Trusts and services across a health system.

Responsibilities

• Build the real-time operational picture of capacity, demand and patient flow.
• Lead operational calls to convert discussions into coordinated actions across trusts.
