Your Requirements:

The Senior Sushi Chef de Partie reports to the Head Sushi Sous Chef and oversees seafood quality, supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure standards. They create and develop unique food offerings representing the SUSHISAMBA brand.

We would love you to have:

• Previous experience as a Senior Sushi Chef de Partie or higher
• Experience with similar cuisine
• Excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to follow recipes, processes, and standards
• Drive and ambition to grow within the team
• Full ownership of your role
