Your key responsibilities

Join Adam Byatt and our talented team of chefs who are passionate about using fresh seasonal produce while developing and training their team.

Supporting the Head Chef, you will be integral in maintaining the flawless running of kitchen operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the kitchen team delivers exceptional dishes of the world-class caliber our guests expect.

Bringing extensive knowledge of fine food and wine and experience in a similar high-end hospitality role, you will be knowledgeable about provenance and passionate about your craft. You will manage and motivate your team and nurture their personal and professional development. You will also work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to meet targets and achieve optimal profitability.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Oversee a designated kitchen section and ensure all preparations meet standards.
• Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes while ensuring timely service.
• Supervise junior staff and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist with menu execution and seasonal specials.
• Manage stock levels and minimize waste.
