Job Description:

Madison Berkeley is partnering with a leading property consultancy to appoint an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join their London Property Management team, working with an institutional client.

This strategic, client-facing role involves managing a mixed-use portfolio across London and the South East, primarily focusing on multi-let offices and industrial assets. You will work directly with a long-standing institutional client, playing a key role in portfolio oversight and fund consolidation strategy.

The position offers exposure to one of Europe’s largest real estate investment managers and the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships.

You will report to a Director and be part of the Central London team, contributing to delivering excellent service, reporting, and strategic input for a high-value institutional portfolio.

Role Overview:

1. Manage daily operations across a varied commercial portfolio.
2. Deliver service charge budgets, lease management, and tenant liaison.
3. Coordinate with FM teams and support capex and mobilisation projects.
4. Maintain accurate lease data and manage key lease events.
5. Conduct inspections, reporting, and engage with occupiers.
6. Attend client meetings and support fund consolidation activities.
7. Identify opportunities for value addition and support ESG initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:
