Job description

I am looking for a Senior Asset Surveyor to join a Housing Association in Bedford. The Senior Asset Surveyor will be responsible for capital works surveys and some planned maintenance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Asset Surveyor:

• Deliver high-quality planned maintenance services
• Manage disrepair and complex complaints cases
• Conduct general building surveys
• Prepare feasibility studies, specifications, schedules of work, tender and contract documentation, presentations, and working drawings in line with investment programs

Requirements for the role of Senior Asset Surveyor:

• Experience in asset and capital works surveying
• Ability to write specifications
• HNC/ONC qualification or relevant experience
• Experience in conducting detailed asset surveys
• Knowledge of HHSRS
