Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors across the UK, providing nationwide coverage with local knowledge.

We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes Your Move, Reeds Rains, and PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers.

We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for the UK's leading lenders. Our extensive network allows for minimal travel between surveys, enabling surveyors to focus more on their work.

About You:

You must be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
