We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced MRICS Surveyor based in London to work within our Infrastructure team. As a Surveyor you will be required to provide a property service with a rural focus including compensation relating to temporary and permanent acquisition, along with the valuation of rural land and property. As part of your role, you will assist in leading, developing and delivering 'best in class' strategic and tactical advice to our clients in the infrastructure sector.

Main tasks

What will it take to be successful?
You will be a MRICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer with experience gained within the Rural sector and ideally possess a strong understanding of Compulsory Purchase/Compensation knowledge. This role requires you to have a business development-orientated attitude, with a key focus on providing excellent customer service. We are also looking for you to have the ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner whilst maintaining and establishing relationships. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a driving licence are essential.
