Leonardo UK seeks a Senior Supportability Engineer to drive ILS and supportability across complex defence systems. You will influence design for through-life support, apply AR&M methodologies, and work across Electronics, Mechanical and Systems disciplines within the ISP team.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting design reviews and presenting ILS evidence to customers.
• Knowledge of Defence Logistics Framework and Def Stan 00-600.
• Understanding of supportability analysis, software support, safety, and maintenance.
• Experience applying AR&M methodologies in engineering projects.
• Strong stakeholder influencing and trust-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Owning and contributing to a variety of Supportability analysis tasks.
• Applying through-life costing and tailoring programmes to standards.
• Using Supportability tools effectively in project work.
• Contributing to team outputs and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Proposing practical solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentoring other team members and peer-reviewing work.
• Identifying problems independently and delivering sound judgments.
• Engaging with customers and stakeholders to communicate ILS evidence.
• Working within security and governance requirements for defence programmes.
