Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management, including allocating shifts and booking training.
• Induct new colleagues and support supervision processes.
• Help people we support manage finances, practical skills and independent living.
