Altogether Care is recruiting Reablement Workers across North Devon, including Barnstaple, to help clients regain independence in their own homes.

This part-time role offers flexible shifts (morning/evening/weekends) with competitive pay £13.80–£14.30 per hour, full induction, ongoing training, mileage allowance, and wellbeing benefits.

You’ll work with clients, families and professionals to support goals and maintain records using mobile tech.

Qualifications

• Must have a Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in reablement work preferred.
• Full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Help people regain independence and confidence in daily living.
• Work with clients in their own homes to support personal goals.
• Maintain records and progress using mobile technology.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and respond per policy.
