Job summary

Home Support Matters is expanding its Reablement service in Beccles, East Norfolk & Waveney. We are seeking Community Support Workers to help clients regain independence after hospital discharge or changes in circumstances.

You’ll support daily living skills and work in a caring, dedicated team. We offer full training with 6 days paid induction at our Beccles branch, shadowing experienced colleagues, a company mobile phone and a £100 refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• You will need previous care experience and a desire to help people improve their quality of life.

• Hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• Are keen to learn and develop in a supportive team environment

Responsibilities

• Role involves supporting people to regain independence and rebuild daily living skills so they can live safely at home.
• Shift patterns of 7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm available.
