Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Norwich to lead our reablement team. The role focuses on fostering independence for people in daily living and supporting the manager with supervision and shift coordination.

Typical shifts include early, afternoon, and night patterns, with potential sleep-ins. The position offers enhanced pay for evenings/weekends, overtime premiums, and additional staff benefits through our rewards program.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

Senior Support Worker – Norwich - £14.05 ph

Typical shifts are : 7am-2:30pm / 2:30pm-10pm / 10pm -7am ( sleep ins may be required as part of this role .

We are looking for Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, they are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our reablement service in Norwich This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management . You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision’s and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances, help with practical skills and helping promote independent living skills . You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Seniors should ideally have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
