Job summary

Home Support Matters is expanding its Reablement service in Beccles, East Norfolk & Waveney. We are seeking Community Support Workers to help clients regain independence after hospital discharge or changes in circumstances.

You’ll support daily living skills and work in a caring, dedicated team. We offer full training with 6 days paid induction at our Beccles branch, shadowing experienced colleagues, a company mobile phone and a £100 refer-a-friend bonus.

Reablement Support Worker across

East Norfolk and Waveney, Suffolk. As a Community Support Worker in our Reablement team, you’ll work with individuals who need short‑term support following discharge from hospital, illness, injury, or a change in circumstances. Your role is to help people rebuild confidence and learn or re‑learn daily living skills so they can remain safely and independently in their own homes.

Shift patterns of 7am -2pm or 2pm -10pm available.
