CareTech is recruiting a Senior Support Worker in Deal to lead a team and deliver person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining records, and ensuring high-quality care that aligns with individual care plans.

You will participate in a senior on-call rota and work rota-based shifts, with opportunities for career progression and qualifications up to degree level.

• Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers.

• Coordinate activities and community engagement for people we support.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and incident reporting.

• Deliver and oversee person-centred care and ensure plans are followed and reviewed.
• Coordinate meaningful activities and appointments for clients.
