Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Support Worker or similar is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate others.

• Knowledge of care standards and safeguarding practices.
• Reliable, flexible and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care.
• Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers and role allocation.
• Ensure residents have person-centred plans and participate in meaningful activities.
• Deliver team supervisions and support professional development.
• Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
• Manage service users' finances and assist with budgeting per policy.
• Complete and oversee accurate record-keeping and reporting.
