Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Deal to lead our residential service and work with the team to enhance the quality of life for the people we support.

You will help with day-to-day supervision, scheduling shifts, inducting new staff, and supporting with training while ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding. A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and prior senior experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Senior care experience with a track record in leading or supervising teams.
• Experience supervising shifts, training and mentoring colleagues.
• Strong communication and person-centred care skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the residential service in Deal and support the Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Allocate shifts, arrange training and induct new colleagues.
• Support supervision, staff development and medication ordering where required.
• Ensure service users are supported to manage finances and maintain safety.
• Promote independence and quality of life for the people we support.
