- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
- Experience working with LD and Autism populations.
Responsibilities
- Allocate shifts and supervise day-to-day service operations.
- Book in training and induct new colleagues.
- Support with supervision and medication ordering.
- Help people we support manage finances.
- Ensure people we support gain more independence.
