Voyage Care in Peterborough is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead our LD and Autism supported living service in Werrington. You will support people to gain independence, supervise daily operations, allocate shifts, and help manage training and induction for new staff.

Typical Shifts are: Mon -Sun 8.00am-3.00pm and 3.00pm-10.00pm plus Sleep In

As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision’s, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working in LD and Autism.
