Job summary
Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead our supported living service in Werrington Peterborough. You will supervise daily operations, allocate shifts, train and induct staff, and support people we serve to gain independence. DBS checks apply and a strong value-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Support Worker and in LD/Autism settings.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
- Ability to supervise and support a multi-person team in a supported living service.
Responsibilities
- Lead the supported living service and support the manager with day-to-day supervision.
- Allocate shifts and book training for staff.
- Induct new colleagues and support with supervision.
- Order medications and ensure people we support can manage finances.
- Support employees to maintain high-quality care and meet service goals.
