• Experience in the care sector is required.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor care staff to deliver person-centred care.
• Carry out spot checks, audits and observations in service users’ homes.
• Construct and implement initial care plans and conduct regular reviews.
• Attend meetings with social workers and other professionals.
• Monitor care standards and ensure policy compliance.
