Mears Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker to mentor care teams, oversee service delivery and support individuals with complex needs in Central Scotland. The role requires flexibility beyond a standard 9–5 schedule and involves on-call duties and occasional direct care.
Candidates should have care sector experience, a full UK driving licence and a proactive, compassionate approach toward delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Training will be provided where needed.
Hourly rate: £14.22 Senior Support Worker Location: Alva Office (covering Edinburgh, West Lothian & Forth Valley area). Hourly Rate: £14.22 plus mileage between calls Contract Type: 40 hours per week (flexible schedule based on weekly tasks)
