Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Kettering to lead a team in our specialist Supported Living service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The role runs 36 hours per week on-site, with a focus on person-centred care and community engagement.

You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, liaise with health professionals and families, and support individuals toward greater independence within a safe, homely environment.

  • Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.

We then work closely with them, their family, circle of support and other professionals to define goals and how we can work together to achieve them.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including
