Keys Group is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker for our Supported Living service in Kettering. You will lead a team of Support Workers, deliver person-centred care, and help individuals live as independently as possible.

We value a good sense of humour, friendliness, and commitment to wellbeing. You’ll work to care plans, report accurately, and collaborate with health professionals and families to achieve positive outcomes.

We listen and understand what each person would like to achieve in life. We then work closely with them, their family, circle of support and other professionals to define goals and how we can work together to achieve them.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
