Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team within our Cornwall Supported Living service. You will oversee day-to-day support for adults with learning disabilities and related needs, ensuring care plans are followed and records are kept accurately.
You will liaise with health professionals and families, complete supervisions and audits, and contribute to a positive, homely atmosphere for our residents. A valid UK driving license is essential.
REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Manual Driving License - essential
