ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Support Worker for complex care in a Midlands setting. You will provide high-quality support to young people with complex needs in community-based residential settings, with staffing ratios from 2:1 to 4:1.

The role focuses on promoting independence, wellbeing, and life skills, while maintaining accurate records and working with families and professionals. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and sleep-ins is required.

Competenze

• Experience supporting young people or adults with complex care needs.
• Experience with behaviours that challenge or mental health needs.
• Strong safeguarding and person-centred care understanding.
• Experience using de-escalation and behaviour management techniques.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and report-writing skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.

• Support teens and young adults in single occupancy placements with 2:1 to 4:1 staffing.
