Your Education Supply Ltd in Hull (HU12) is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a permanent team. The role combines hands-on care with leadership responsibilities on shifts, supporting colleagues, promoting safe practice, and guiding the team through challenging scenarios.

Qualifikationen

• Senior level care experience required.
• Experience with complex care and behaviours that challenge.
• Experience supervising or supporting other care workers is advantageous.
• Willingness to develop through NVQ Levels 1-5.

• Provide hands-on care and take on leadership during shifts.
• Support and guide teammates, promoting safe and consistent practice.
• Manage incidents, escalating concerns to senior/clinical teams when needed.
